How does AI porn video generation work? You render a key-frame still from a text prompt (one is free, no account), upload it as a reference with a short motion prompt describing one camera move and one subject action, and the video generator produces a 2–30 second clip at up to 1080p with optional audio. NOTES
What the generator does badly, and how to work around it
Long clips drift
Past ~10 seconds identity and lighting wander. Cut into 6–8 second shots and sequence them; the Drama Planner exists for exactly this.
Two motions compete
"She turns and walks toward camera while the camera orbits" produces mush. One camera move, one subject action per shot.
Hands and text
Same as every diffusion model. Keep hands relaxed or out of frame; never rely on legible text.
Ratio is sticky
A 2:3 still animated to 16:9 gets cropped or padded. Decide the delivery ratio before rendering the still.

What people who followed the pipeline say
Private by default, publish is opt-in, and the consent gate on face swap is real. That is why I stayed.
Still first, motion second saved me a pile of credits. The motion composer wording — one camera move, one action — is exactly what keeps clips coherent.
The free still was enough to see whether my prompt worked. Only animated it once I liked the frame.

Questions before the first clip
Can I make an AI porn video without paying?
You can render one eligible still without an account, which is the correct first step anyway. Animating that still into a clip requires an annual plan. Chat allows 50 guest messages per 24 hours.
How long should a first clip be?
Under 10 seconds. Use one camera move and one subject action. Coherence drops as duration and the number of simultaneous motions increase. The generator accepts 2–30 seconds.
Which aspect ratio for video?
Five ratios are offered. 16:9 for scenes, 9:16 for phone-vertical, 1:1 for feeds. Match the still to the target ratio at the planning stage because reframing later costs a re-render.
Do I need a reference image?
No — text-to-video works — but 1–10 reference stills anchor identity, outfit and lighting far better. Render the key frame first, then animate it.
Can I upscale to 4K?
Video: 720p / 1080p / 2K / 4K via the video upscaler on Studio Annual. Images: 2K on Creator Annual, 4K / 8K on Studio Annual.
Is face swap allowed?
Only with a consenting adult's likeness on permitted source material, confirmed before every job. Image face swap needs an annual plan; video face swap needs Studio Annual.
Is my footage private?
Uploads and outputs sit on a private media route excluded from public surfaces. Nothing is published unless you take the separate publish action.
How is video billed?
In credits (Neurons). A live quote for your duration, resolution and audio settings appears before you submit. Confirmed failed jobs are refunded.
